An unofficial fan mod that lets 10 people climb together in the Dungeonbound Demo. Only the host has to install it.
Built for game version 0.1.50. Not made by or affiliated with the Dungeonbound developers.
A full lobby, from a test with ten local game instances.
Who needs to install it?
The host must have the mod. Friends can skip it and still join. Installing it on every player's game adds the extra fight lanes.

Install
Ask your host for dungeonbound-tenstack-1.2.0.zip. It unpacks to override.cfg and a mods/tenstack folder, which go right next to dungeonbound-demo.exe.
Windows
In Steam, right-click Dungeonbound Demo, then choose Manage > Browse local files.
Unzip the mod into that folder and keep the folders inside it intact.
Launch from Steam as usual.
The usual location is C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Dungeonbound Demo
Linux and Steam Deck
In Steam, open the game's Properties > Compatibility and force a Proton version if it isn't already using Proton.
Open the game folder with Manage > Browse local files.
Unzip the mod there, then launch from Steam as usual.
Nothing to install. Accept the invite from a modded Windows or Linux host. Your game stays unmodded, so fights use 2 lanes.
Hosting from a Mac isn't supported. The mod hasn't been tested on a Mac yet, including joining.
In the game
Everyone modded: your fight and your neighbor's, with the next lanes out at the edges. On the bench, you watch a teammate's fight until you step in.Each player gets their own color, shown here on the ready dots.An unmodded player's screen. The team list runs longer here and covers part of the right-hand foe.
Host tools
Force Team On: a button for the host while waiting on the team. Anyone still deciding leaves their shop or room without buying, gets the rarest relic, takes leftover loot, and has anything that won't fit in their bag sold. Unmodded players stay on their screen, but the team stops waiting for them.
Baby mode: off by default. The host presses Baby Mode in the lobby to allow it for that climb, then clicks the pacifier on a lobby seat or team list entry at any time. Everyone is told in chat, a pacifier (and sometimes a diaper) appears next to that player, and they get a hint with the best item to buy or the next step. Hints need the mod on that player's game.
Baby mode names the best buy and outlines it.
Good to know
Everyone needs the same game version, or the lobby refuses the connection.
Public lobbies leave the browser at 4 players, so big parties are invite-only.
In a climb of 5 or more, unmodded games still post their score to a hidden coop_N leaderboard and upload builds. The host can't stop this. Installing the mod does.
If a game update changes the scripts this mod replaces, the mod turns itself off and the game plays normally until there's a new version.
Add -- --tenstack-off to the Steam launch options to play one session without it.
Uninstall
Delete override.cfg and the mods/tenstack folder from the game folder.
